CD DUPLICATION & REPLICATION

Once you have an electronic brochure there are several ways to disseminate it to your target market and one of these is on an "auto-run" CD. This is a CD which automatically starts up when put it into the CD tray of a computer.

The CDs can come in various sizes and shapes, with the 8cm being the smallest and the largest is 12cm and then there is the "business card" size.

Each CD can have a label put on it directly which can be anything from a simple text name to full 4 color image.

Each CD is then packaged in a cover or case; this again can vary from a paper sleeve to a plastic jewel case with printed inserts and even booklets.

The decision on which CD and cover to choose is dependent on a couple of factors including usage, transportation and cost.

Many of our clients are replacing their printed brochures for electronic CDs and some of the reasons why might not be so obvious:

If you are traveling to a show in Europe from Africa, Transporting a 1000 A4 glossy 300 page books can take up a lot of space and are very heavy. The same book can fit on a single 8cm CD (Small one) and all 1000 could go in hand-luggage.

Adversely, people flying in from overseas to see your product or attend a show also has limited space and so handing them a small CD with everything on it, always brings a smile to their face.

We have found that the 8cm CD in a clear thin PVC sleeve is the most popular with our clients.

But having said that; we are quite happy to give you any of the combinations above or create something to your specific needs.
